We visit this place every time we go to HKV, it's simply one of our favourites. When in HKV and you don't want to spend too much this is the place to go.
DECOR- Even though their name doesn't suggest much but the place is filled with beakers as decor and the whole idea is of forming new things by making new mixtures hence the decor portraying chemicals. They make sure to catch your eye while making your order by forming smoke and adding it to your ice cream. Also, they serve their sauces in tiny syringes.
SEATING AND STAFF- The issue with this place is it's seating, they can only accommodate 7-8 people at a time and if you visit them during their rush hour, you can get irritated.The staff here is very polite but most of the time there is only one person working so your order might take some time to get ready. Their menu is spread over their main wall which is kind of difficult to see.
FOOD- They have a lot of things on their drinks menu, for food they only have waffles and ice cream. What we had-
1.Kala Khatta- One of our all time favourite, tastes exactly like a khala khatta and is quite refreshing.
2.Jeera Punch- Another good one.
3. Pink Grapefruit summer cooler- A latest addition to their menu,we were the first ones to taste it and it definitely cooled us!
4. Niice Burger- This is nothing but waffles with ice cream, you can customise your own burger/ice cream/waffles but they ask what colour you want it to be which doesn't makes sense since there is never an addition of colour, but we loved this one too, just make sure you choose the right combination, we had mint waffles with chocolate sauce and white chocochips and it was good but it had a slight sour taste which the staff said is how mint waffles are supposed to be but it wasn't bad.
5. Bubble tea and nitrogen ice cream- They have some unique ideas like that of bubble tea where while drinking bubbles keep popping up from your drink and then there is nitrogen ice cream which itself has an element of surprise.
PERSONAL VIEW- We will continue visiting this place because it still has a lot to offer with it's liquirish ice cream and different types of waffles, sorbet and the constant additions to their menu. You should definitely give this place a try once.
