EXPERIENCE AT : UPTOWN CAFE

We visited this place on New Year, i.e, January 1, 2018. We have to say we were very disappointed when we visited this place. There was only one person present from the staff attending all the tables. We went on their rooftop and it was very very dirty with no staff member present there. Here are some photos to show you the condition-
SERVICE AND SEATING- The kind of service we received was very bad, with no one around to even take our order. Seating is alright over here.
AMBIENCE- It was dead over here.
FOOD- The food was also not great but not the worst as well.
What we had-
1. Crispy Honey Chilli Potato- They were okay, not something we would not recommend.
2. Penne Alfredo- It was good. Presentation was quite nice.
3. Uptown special pizza- It was average, try something else.
4. Fruit Punch- It's a mixture of various juices, i.e, orange, mango, pineapple, and grenadine juice. It was alright, you can give it a try.
5. Virgin Sangria- The concept of non-alcoholic sangria has been trending a lot, and we have tried some but this was just pathetic, full of fruits, ultra- sweet that even a person with sweet tooth didn't like it.
6. Florida- It is a mixture of three juices, i.e, orange, lime and grenadine juice. It tasted like Fruit Punch only.
7. Chocolate Shake- It was thick and full of chocolate flavour. We liked it.
8. Oreo Shake- This had way more flavour of dark chocolate than of oreo but we liked this too.
9. Kitkat Milk Shake- It was quite mild on the flavour profile and there was some paper in our shake as well so we had to return it.
PERSONAL VIEW- We would not recommend this place to anyone. There are better places to visit in Satya Niketan.
