STAY FIT WITHOUT WORKING OUT!

Everyone's beautiful in their own skin. Size or shape does not matter,but the fact that a person stays FIT does.Fitness is not defined by the number of hours you stay in gym to get the perfect body.It is the efforts from your side to boost your body's mechanism.Gym does give an edge but if you're the kinda person who wants to stay fit and healthy while going easy on the pocket.



Here are some easy things  to do,that ensure a fit and healthy you.

1. Walk,Walk,Walk,Walk. - Memorise it Rihanna's style.Give up your habit of taking rickshaws or car whenever you go somewhere nearby.Not only it saves money but helps you burn some carbs. Make it a regular habit and be consistent.


2. Stairs over Elevators - This is the oldest trick in the book of fitness and the most effective one as too. Ditch those Escalators as well!



3.Drink Water,Regularly! -Make it a habbit of drinking a glass of water after every hour.Not only it improves your metabolism naturally ,but also gives a glowing skin.



4.Dance Every Morning -What could be a better way of starting your day than dancing for 10 minutes every morning?Apart from boosting your energy levels,required for the rest of the day,this would be a great way of burning some calories you had last night.



5.Breathe in and Breathe out - Well that's what we do every second right? But,whenever you have the time , breath in and out continuously for 5 minutes.Soon you will witness your tummy fat disappearing.Magic?
